Fresh from supporting the iconic Sex Pistols, trailblazers The Molotovs have announced their new single "Rhythm Of Yourself" which is set for release on the 31st of October. Their sites are set high as the band are aiming to secure their third consecutive number 1 on the UK physical singles chart.

Singer Matt gives some insight into what we can expect from the track.

“The verses tell the story of an older, cunning man presenting a contract to a young kid, promising him the world whilst trying desperately to change everything about him to satisfy his own needs. The chorus is a ‘sod all that’ type attitude which says to be your own man and do the best with what you’ve got.”

“Musically, the influences are early ‘80s stark Jam, Favourite Worst Nightmare era Arctic Monkeys and Sex Pistols.”

The track precedes their debut album Wasted On Youth, which is set to arrive on January 31st.

Excitingly the band have also announced that they will play their largest ever headline show at London's Electric Ballroom on Thursday October 21st.
