“Tipping Point” is the first track released from the final Megadeth album (due in 2026). It shows the energy still left in the band as they decide to bow out with a fist-pumping release that harkens back to their classic sound.

Immediately explosive, the track sprints out of the gate and doesn’t let up for the 4-minute duration. A headbang-inducing rhythm guitar riff

The whole track sounds muscular, as the musical prowess lives up to the barbed lyrics delivered by Mustaine’s gravelly vocals.

If this represents the quality of the band's final album, fans will be satiated by a heavy metal swan song that caps off the band's iconic legacy.

Megadeth’s final album is set to be released in 2026 and will be accompanied by a farewell tour and a memoir from frontman and guitarist Dave Mustaine.
